By accessing and using Sri Ambal Fabrication's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Orders
- All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST
- Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly
- Custom orders require advance payment and have longer lead times
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
- Design and dimensions must be confirmed by the customer before production for custom fabrication orders
- Minor variations in finish, weld marks, and color may occur due to fabrication nature
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Custom fabrication orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product type
- Custom fabrication projects may take 7-30 days depending on complexity
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners
Warranty
All products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Installation Responsibility
- Installation services will be provided only for items explicitly mentioned in the quotation for selective custom fabrication orders
- For standard products, installation is not in our scope
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Sri Ambal Fabrication and is protected by copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
Sri Ambal Fabrication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
